Antonio Tuñón

With 50 years of experience in the energy and venture capital sectors, Antonio founded Taiga Mistral and served as the group’s chairman until 2020. A naval engineer by training, Antonio was CEO of CEPSA (for 24 years), CEO of Hidrocantábrico (now EDP), and chairman of Inalta. He has served on the boards of REE and OMEL and is a member of CVC’s Advisory Board. He founded the wind farm company Green Wind and has been a pioneer in wind and solar power in Spain, where he developed more than 150 MW of capacity 20 years ago, which is now in operation.
